All redesigns start with a single question…why?
What on your current site works and what does not?
A complete redesign follows the same process as a new web site. How does your web site fit into your overall marketing/advertising plan? Has your company out grown the current site or have you gone in a different direction? Is your site findable? Can we utilize current text or pictures to save you money? These are some of the questions that need to be answered before any work can be done.
Technology changes faster than anyone ever though possible, to stay competitive you need to change with it. Search engines change the way they rank sites often. Keeping your site search engine compliant is necessary to improve, or at the very least, maintain your current search engine ranking. One thing search engines look for is how often the content on your site changes. Are you continually adding new, informative content? That doesn't mean a redesign; it means the information on your site is continually growing and improving.
